I don't think its $0 but to a reseller of the domain, it probably is. Another option is to find an end user like a pharmaceutical company or health products company. The "a" turns me off because iit reads like a sentence. If it were just cureforacne.com, then it would be worth more. Finally, what I think you should do is develop the site and generate traffic. "cure for acne" would be a reasonable search engine phrase that someone would type and if your site is SEO friendly with good info, you could eventually have your site show up high in the search results. ONLY then you could make some money due to the traffic. However, I am not sure if any of this is worth your time if you are just interested in selling the name.

I actually like the name, especially if developed, and believe it may even get a bit of typeins, even undeveloped.
