I would say you could easily flip this one at $6,500 immediately.

You could sell it for higher if you target the end-user market. This domain would suit a:
- mortgage adviser
- financial/debt adviser
- career counseling specialist
- etc.

It is a great name, with a global appeal.

I would say hold on to it or develop it until the econimic down turn is over.

Not sure what you paid...but reseller i think it's worth 3-5k.

The nice thing about it....an end user would pay 4x that easily.
