Not very much value at all, unfortunately.

If it was imhappy.com or sohappy.com there would be more value but "am so happy" seems broken, like it's missing something.

Remember when you are registering (or buying) a domain you should ask yourself:

What can this domain be used for?
Can this domain be used by a business or person to make money?

If so than the domain has some value (depending on the quality of course) and can be flipped.

Thankyou Skinny and Toilet Monster for your candid appraisals. I have this habit of regging domains on a moment's inspiration that always gets me choosing the wrong domains. But this forum is teaching me a lot.
