Not doubting your findings, but this guy seems legit, he's willing to use escrow and everything. What are your thoughts?

Of course he's willing to use escrow. He already "owns" the domain now.

That's the reason that Fused.com "popped up" when I found it on eBay. I own the .net and .biz for years now.

The guy is not legit because I know who owns the .com - they are on vacation until September.

Let me put it this way: if I didn't own these other two TLDs, I wouldn't have noticed it on eBay :) Our friend is using featured listings. Also, another member here has been trying to extract more information from the seller. When I have more info, I will update. Sit tight :D
 
Well if he's using escrow and he doesn't own the domain how does he think he's going to get the money. And he won't take under a certain amount for the domain so its not like he's just trying to get his hands on any random customer to steal their money.

Simple, the domain is with his account now so he can push it though Escrow.com or send it to the buyer and then take the money.

Just because he can send it to you doesn't mean it's not stolen.
 
You can tell your faggot friends to learn from that from too. There are gazillions of hacking forums in the net.
