Just tried logging in to my Moniker account and it is telling me wrong details....

Seems to be a common occurrence for Moniker to do this.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Cheers,

James

I just logged in to Moniker and don't see any immediate issues. But that doesn't mean your account is the only one affected.

Just logged in... 1:00 am no prob.

Hopefully you're good now

no problem for me.

When was the last time you were in there? Remember everyone just had to reset passwords.

I did that too awhile back ....and it clicked I forgot I changed passwords. Silly but easy to do. :)

just grasping at straws here :frusty:

Yea I did that. Will try and reset my password :(

Email sent as it is still not working :(

I'm having this issue now also. Can't login, suddenly says my password is incorrect.
Tried resetting it, but it asks for an answer to a secret question. I don't think I ever entered that one? Tried a couple possible answers I could've entered and it got locked out?! This system is hugely annoying. Changing my password without letting me know and then not allowing me to change it. What is this, moniker?
