What does that have to do with anything? If I appraise a name for $20k or $30k then it doesn't mean that I'm ready to pay that myself. Heck I might not even want the name. Most domainers are looking for a bargain that leaves room for a nice profit.

My appraisals are based on what I would expect the name to sell for in a public auction or what I would expect to get if the name was mine, not how much I am willing to pay for it myself.
