this name caught my eye. cannot appraise but i think its definately worth something. Brisbane is a very large city (3rd largest in Australia? my memory is rusty) which would make it on par with Chicago relative to America if so. $$ blingy bling imo, as people would no doubt come crawling out of the woodwork to appraise ChicagoRentals.com, once again ... imho.

i remembered commenting on this thread and noticed in this week's dnjournal sales report that Brisbane.com just sold for 100K
