BUILDINGREGULATIONS.INFO

Hi would like everyones thoughts on this name.

11.1 mill searches for building regulations

110k results from adwords/keywords

lots of google ads

I think this name fits the extension perfectly, many people these days are trying to build, or extend there own house. They will almost certainly need to find out about building regulations

please let me know your thoughts

As a developed site yes it would have potential, the problem with developing the site would be the myriad of different building regulation authorities, City/County/State/National as well as there are bound to be regulations for things like National Parks/etc..

Having said that a link site to each authority could be built I guess but still some specialist knowledge would be required to know when more than one authority has to be consulted. The best end user would probably be a firm of architects/building suppliers (something like suppliers of pre-fabrecated homes). Such a company may pay $xxx - low $x,xxx (this is a low valuation because of the work involved in creating and constantly updating the site).

To a domainer looking to park the domain and not develop it you are most probably looking at high $xx - low $xxx.
