I don't think this has much resale value. Your search numbers are way off from GAKT which show 390 Exact Global Searches per month. The CPC is high but this is a long tail name and .net so I don't see anybody paying for the name itself.

With that CPC, development is the best course either with Adsense or Lead Gen for Structured Settlement companies. Good luck
