Im not sure of the answer to that question. But, if it is a no, your best bet is to buy some DNF$ off of members with alot and use that to upgrade. It would probably be about a 50% discount, if not more.

Membership upgrades via DNF is not prorated like it is via real $. And when membership levels are on sale, the DNF pricing is not adjusted along with the sale.
