In my opinion, the hyphen is somewhat appropriate in that it separates the two r's.

And if the .com hasn't been available since the year 2000; the next best thing would be the .net… right?

Low $XXX. Hyphen stinks, but overall domain not terrible as some imply. Someone in the racing/racing supplies field will go for this one.

These domains are a lottery, but if you get a end user who is commited to getting the name, you can usually push them to $200, without too much resistance. Not a good vehicle for speculation though, unless you get if for reg fee, as you need about 1000% mark-up to cover the risk on such a speculative domain.

Like you say double letters at word ends don't really work so the hyphen is less damaging than usual. Hyphens will sell if you don't expect too much. The combination of hyphen and dot net though probably puts the ceilling around $200 dollars mark.
