chicago.us

What's it worth?

$20k.. u own it?

SanFrancisco.us sold for $6,000 on Jul 07 Afternic/BuyDomains

So up to $10K, but .us domains are hard to sell now.

I agree, I wouldnt pay more than $12k for it.

If SanFrancisco.us sold for 6k, I cannot see it going beyond 8k.

Personally, I haven't seen .us sales for quite some time now, nor do I hear of the .us TLD - its probably the hardest mainstream TLD to sell currently

Why the comparisons with just SanFrancisco.us? A buyer got a good deal from a seller in a sale that got no publicity until after it happened. In an event with more exposure to the domain market, Nashville.us sold for $23,000 around the same time at a Traffic auction so based on that Chicago.us would be easy $30,000 + .

I agree to Stian , lo $xx,xxx and up . You cant compare those kinds of domains . And this domain has potential to find its own end-users .

$20k - nice Geo domain - rare.

I would pay 20K for this domain name.

I would pay 25,000 if I had the money. If put in a major auction with some promotion it may fetch more. Just my two cents.

"if i had the money" doesn't count ;)
Great domain nevertheless, if you find an interested end user it could fetch a nice low-mid 5 figures

Not a penny less than $25K. Goodluck.

Hmm...
I would still stick with somewhere around 15k. I haven't seen one big .us sale for quite some time now
