Mobee is in the title of this thread. Doc Com sounded like he's thinking of jumping from one sinking ship to another. I don't like IDNs for the same reasons I don't like mobees. Very little if any traffic and what traffic you do get has little value. IDN also has a group of promoters that bought a bunch of IDNs that report every little thing that they think will add value to their bad investments, same as the mobee fanatics do. If IDN.IDN came out in 2000 it may have had a chance. Same for mobee.
There's your answer. Happy?
Actually I am. I now understand your point of view.
There really is no point in dissecting your reasoning because everything you have posted has already been stated or dispproved in previous posts by others and we just keep going in circles.
But you still are comparing the ability for billions to use their own language to a single ext.
There is no friggin' comparison. IDN encompasses most all extensions and so will IDN.IDN. So keep beating that dead horse arguement of yours.
We'll see soon enough when Russian IDN domains at the .ru registry go on sale for $300,000 USD each next year. Oh, there are already thousands pre-registered? Hm...
