Although it's a one word, I think it may be too negative to be desirable....

Plural would be better, but still a great .com - especially for the medical/pharmaceutical sector, e.g. epilepsy drugs.

this name wants you to wait for the right enduser ...may be a neurologist or whatever

but domainers will under-evaluate the name and asks you about the traffic and revenue...etc

if it is making some revenue why not wait for the right buyer
