Congrats on your other sale. A couple like that would be a good fix for me.
Can't help with an appraisal though. I'm still trying to get appraisals on a couple of Spanish domains I have listed. I have an idea myself, but I'd like to know what others think. When investors wake up to Spanish domain market, it should do quite well.
I do know that cumbia is "hot". For me it's salsa first, and cumbia next.
