Yeah sure on the premise I can find a much bigger sucker to by a .mobi thanks to guys like Vision. That window is quickly closing. If my objective is to keep the name to make revenue from the name, then I'll take the .ws.

If you want to make a few bucks here and there, throw up some lame "mini sites", then I guess and name in any extension will do the trick. .mobi, .cc, .sc, .bs, everything will be okay as long as you can get some SE traffic.

But if you're really serious about making something big, then it has to be something with natural type in traffic and name recognition and respect. For that, .mobi, .cc, .us, etc. just won't cut it.

Reselling, of course, is another different play altogether
