Thats the previous owners website. I am working on putting up a new one, but dont want to put it to a parking page as it is currently about 15th in google for the search term "depot". It would be a good base to build upon SEO-wise.

No idea yet. I dont want to put up a parking page, as it would inpact its google ranking. The ranking gives me a good SEO base if I decide to develop.

I'm getting hosting and will throw up a quick site to get stats.

I did buy it for development, and its out of the google sandbox.

So all I have to do now is get some get an innovative, profitable, world class idea, then somehow manage to find someone to get me to the top of results in all major search engines for 'shopping','credit cards','insurance' and 'loans'.

Then give it 20 years and I might start to break even.
