Domain Brokering??

I have noticed a trend as of late and it isn't just here. Members brokering domains for other members so in essence there would be two sales threads on the same domain. In another forum one of the guys doing the "brokering" was even bumping the owners thread with price up-dates. What is going on? I can understand brokering domains for members outside the forums but within our own ranks?

no point in brokering if owner himself can post domain sale in the forum too.
