So right now I'm with eNom, but they don't have guaranteed support for Opera (which I use), and there are cheaper options available. I was considering Moniker, but they also do not guarantee Opera support.

Do any reputable registrars work very well with it?

Not a chance :D

Smaller download, faster, more features, built-in mail and IRC.. FF can't touch it!

Then I guess you're stuck.

I use both with Opera. Did not notice a particular problem but maybe I'm missing something since I've not checked with other browsers :greenroll:

Well, eNom's dropdown doesn't work properly under the domains tab, and neither "guarantee" support.

I didn't care for Namecheap. Plus, aren't they still an eNom reseller? (they might have already been accredited -- I don't know)

Also, I got a PM from one of the Moniker staff and they were helpful. (Much more so than eNom who basically told me that I was out of luck)
