As per what Biggie said, There is a common saying in the domain investment industry is "it is not a get-quick-rich scheme". You may already know, this is a long-time real investment game to play with unlimited patience.
As your domain has already good numbers of organic visitors you may try to increase the numbers and monetize it through parking. Best of luck.

i disagree with what biggie said traffic is traffic it might lower the value if CTR is low but there is still value for people who want traffic domains i sold 50 visits per day domain before for 450$ but it had high CTR(0 revenue)
