i think this could be used for all kinds of things...
you can specialize i guess in the domain field, commonly the drop catchers thing that all these sites are boasting about...

also, i see it being a selling site too , for example cd's , movies, and so-on, they drop ( release date) , and catch ( when you buy ) ...

developped, could be worth around low to mid XX XXX$ or maybe much more, it all depends of the quality, content of development, if its well made, i think traffic could come naturally and can sell for much higher....

undeveloped, wouldn't sell less than 1500 - 2000$

OK, getting pretty tired of this development word. How do you develop it? Do you become a drop-catcher? Is that something we all know how to do? If so, why aren't we all doing it? Does development mean buying a DNF template? Are there even any real "developers" on this forum? Maybe I'm the only one here who doesn't know how to become a drop-catcher or build a successful web-based business. Everybody else must be pretty rich I guess.

It's a good industry name, there will probably be a lot of speculators interested in it. Get it into a live auction and see what happens. Someone else might turn it into a real business, but that's how you will get full value for it. If you don't sell it, you will probably still be thinking about "developing" it 3 years from now.

Someone said "worth $xx,xxx developed". Is that $10,001? or maybe $99,999? Pretty broad if you ask me. And what is developed? is that a page with some text or is it something similar to pool.com?

You could say "worth X developed" about any name. No sense in appraising would it could be
