hmm, eNom has recently removed the lock/unlock feature from their .ORG names - making them unlockable if you locked them in the past.

Must be a programming screw up.

I have had the same issues with org's at Enom for ages, the unlocking and transfer auth codes are almost always a big hassle. When I contact tech supt they appear to not understand the issue.

You should now be able to adjust registrar locks on ORG domains via the domain control panel

Not exactly. I filed complaints with ICANN, the registry, and finally called ENOM's general counsel at home after they would not answer me. They disabled my account and banned me from using ENOM ... But I got my domains unlocked finally.

This sounds like a seperate issue.

I am now able to lock and unlock my .ORG domains in my eNom account just fine now.

It is not a serperate issue. As a result of my complaints ENOM was forced to allow locking via their interface again ... something they removed to deter transfers away.

It was working fine up to a couple of weeks ago. Not being able to lock or unlock ORG domains was a temporary glitch that is now resolved.

ENOM is well known for working with Domain Registry of Amnerica (DROA).

Speaking of DROA, weren't they told by the FTC to stop what they're doing?

Rather then accept that the .ORG glitch has been resolved you post a personal attack and change the subject.

The DROA thing is old news from back in 2003. As a reseller I can't say that I am particular happy with DROA's business model, though in the letters I recieved from them in 2004 it looks like they have complied with the FTC and are no longer making their letters looked deceptively like invoices.
