It just doesn't do anything for me. Not particularly brandable, nor easy to convey, nor exact search friendly.
Between the two, I'd probably choose the .biz extension. For escrowbiz.com - no value.

The owner off the .biz extension is selling his domain for a minimum price off $5,000 , could he sell it for that price ?

5K for a .biz is crazy IMHO. This one certainly wouldn't warrant that kind of price tag. Plenty of people out there asking crazy prices - most never sell one for that, a few hit the lotto, and some would rather take the name to their grave than sell for a normal amount.
I've seen quite a few people here lately that are basing prices and decisions on what some extreme person is pricing a name at.
If I ask 1 million for SomeReallyLongFantasticCoolAzzName4U.org , do you really think the .com suddenly becomes valuable?

I personally think escrowbiz.com is a reasonable name , i agree the .biz extension at $5k is a bit over the top . but i would value my domain at $1.5k , thats my own valuation .
I remember i was selling a particular domain a while back people on this forum people were offering me $20 to $50 , after some research and sending out a few emails i ended up getting $5,000 for that domain .
And in this case i need to do the same , i was just asking how the Biz fits in with the word escrow "EscrowBiz.com " and there are some domains reg like escrowbusiness.com and a few others .
