I managed to login after receiving a reset password email probably initiated by escrowdns.
@Rockfeller, I didnt see your previous post, either way I posted here because I think this is a way to get an asnwer because dnf community apparently is using escrowdns and some users might have same issues.
Furthermore dnf is where I first read about escrowdns and I felt it was a good way to receive an answer for my issue and help any other users that may or will step into the same loop.

What is your problem about that?

One more thing, do you have any plans about serving payment withdrawals with moneybookers gateway?

For me, main reason is speed.
I received payment in one day many times.
How quickly does sedo pay?

For $1K domain sale...
I rather get paid $930 today than get $970 weeks later.

Great question. Our fees are calculated so that we can accept multiple payment methods, our fees are also calculated based on the speed of transactions, risk involved, etc. Like Cooper said, I'd rather get paid today rather than in 2 weeks. We literally have 1000's of repeat customers so we must be doing some right.

On another note, we don't provide the type of service that escrow.com, afternic, moniker and sedo provide. People are behind a desk all week answering your emails and calls, period. Very rarely will you have to wait more than an hour for action to be taken on a received payment. I've done thousands of transactions through the other guys, I know how it is. I've had buyer's send Sedo the payment and they didn't update the transaction for 3 days, that's not us.

So basically the extra 4% is for speed as sedo can do the rest and no disrespect but everybody knows sedo but not many know escrowdns and it's all about the safety net.

What policy do you have in place for stolen domains ?

I mean a stolen domain is a stolen domain and if i buy one who is responsible for my cash,How do i get it back if the registrar takes the stolen domain away from me ?

How do i get it back if the registrar takes the stolen domain away from me ?

Also i believe you must be regulated and have a licence to offer escrow in the U.S ? do you show your credentials on the website ? as i cannot see them ?

No escrow service protects you from stolen domains, its impossible. We're facilitating the transfer of the domain name, not guaranteeing the ownership of a domain name. If you buy a stolen domain, it's your loss. Now if the buyer of the domain name reverses the payment method, its on us, not you.

As a side note, we really do not receive too many stolen domains, just a few over the past year. The reason is because we do due diligence when facilitating the transaction. If we suspect a problem, we'll call both parties to get confirmation of the sale. This has filtered out several fraud transactions. We also require the buyer to complete specific forms when paying with Paypal, Credit Cards, etc. This also weeds out 99% of the fraudulent transactions. If you're asking me if we come hunt you down for payment if something goes wrong after a transaction the answer is no, once your payment is disbursed to you, we taken on any liability that may arise from it.

What is your due dilligence process ? and what specific forms need to be filled in ?

also you never answered my question about whether you hold a license to provide escrow services and if so surely you would advertise the number on the site for any potential users like myself ?

at the moment i am using escrow.com at least 25 times a year.....
