Serious buyers only. This site has been around for 4+ years. I hate to sell it but I need money right now. Here are some stats as of December 8th, 2004 9:30 PM:
Total Musicians: 5,936
Postings: 3,639
Classifieds: 130
Web Pages: 430
Searches 233,169
Yes thats right there are nearly 6,000 musicians signed up to this site and its growing daily. Musicians can create there own free webpage and 430 musicians have done this . There are 3,639 musicians postings and there have been 233,169 searches in the database. All these stats are growing by the minute.
The site also has a free email service with everyone.net so everyone can have an email ending with @letsjam.com and there are 4,241 members as of Dec. 8th. With this you can easily send an email to every member and also retrieve there demographics.
I currently have adsense I will not say how much it makes but it more than covers the hosting and can easily be doubled if used better on top of the pages rather than the side. Hosting is $29.95 a month and is prepaid for the next 90 days with hostmysite.com as of dec. 8th.
I have not answered emails coming in in a very long time as I have no time to manage this site so its the first to go since I need money. Last email I had with someone was a person interested in paying me to run his ads on my newsletters. I never sent any type of newsletter but I was planning to but never did. New owner should definitely do this as you can charge good money for advertising. The forums page was discontinued new owner should put one up it will fill up quickly.
The site has 1,180 links on google w/o the extension and 951 with the extension. Marketleap shows 514 incoming links and alexa has it rated 949,947.

Forgot to mention also included is the two domain names Musiciansfinder.com and musician-classifieds.com. Two names that bring traffic and are good domain names as well.
Also theres a code on the homepage which easily allows other webmasters to put a LetsJam.com musician websearch on there site and many websites are doing this for us. New owner can do a lot of work with this websearch and put it on many other sites. I have not done this in over a year and we still have sites adding it.

Letsjam.com was voted one of the top 100 free email services on the internet. It was rated #58 over BET.com, address.com, sky.com. Popmail and many others.
