The business sells a webmaster software/script, which currently has no direct competition. It is available in 2 formats: User and Co-branded. The co-branded is a major money-maker, but we ensure our rights using encrypted scripts. The prices are variable, and we have changed around a couple of times since our product was launched. You can attach any price you like. Currently, the Script sells for $27, and the Co-branded version for $99.
Included with the sale is full and exclusive rights to the script, with the source code. You can sell it, edit it, whichever way you like; and do whatever you like with it, once you acquire this business. Also, you get full resale rights to 3 other bonus products. (Templates, an eBook and a security software)
The website has a great domain name, a PR5, and contains a clean, professional & intuitive design; which is exclusive to this website.
The website has been adequately promoted, mainly by submitting to all major script directories like Hotscripts.com. In the first year, the site has made considerable revenue by selling through eBay. However, this technique has not been tried over a long time. It is up to the next owner to exploit this are of promotion.
Please note that the website has never been given the full time it deserves. The website does not boast of great traffic (Never more than 50 visitors a day), but even so, earns a significant amount of revenue. Clearly, there is a huge amount of potential that remains to be exploited!

The sales for Q1 (Apr-Jun 2004) stood at $717. The site has already earned $126 in 4 days of October.
