Not sure if the .org works with loans, but I could not pass it up:).

Any opinions on its value?

You are correct in thinking that a .com would have made the deal ;). But, I think that the loan market place is competitive enough that someone will snap this up from you. I think that in some ways you could play the .org to your advantage. There are a lot of loan places that are somewhat shady and they might like the .org because they might think that it would give people a feel that they are there to help rather than make money. Of course, you mentioning that to them might help them to think that way more :).

I think you can get $250 easy from a retail buyer....$50 reseller....just my opinion that I'm sure plenty of others will disagree with :)

:) Thanks for that detailed appraisal. It sure beats the usual price stamp on most appraisals.

Yea, I was thinking that the only advantage of the .org here might be the safety. I do, however, think the .org has a better place here than hosting or porn:).

LOL, how did you come up with that exact figure down to the penny?

Most of my appraisals are to the penny.

I just like to add it on to the end for fun :)

I like it. $200.

$350

Dr who i thought you'd give this less. I always look out for your appraisal. I love them. I actually benchmark my domains on what you give them because its realistic and harsh. Though for once i think this one is worth less than you gave.

-----------$225 :)

Not a Problem. :)

*Domain valuation adjusted based upon the increase in mortgage refinances and home equity loans.
