I think wood is a bad comparison as it is a tangible product so given the price of wood I would say half of that value max end user. Probably 5000 max reseller if that.

If a domain is valued for what it actually sells for, then I'd have to appraise it lower. But I don't subscribe to that valuation theory one bit. I sold the domain for far less than what I believed it was worth because I needed cash in a hurry. And I know Cad believes the domain to be valued higher than the sales price as well.

I believe this domain could be re-sold for x,xxx within six months to a year. Maybe sooner if you really promote it.

some sales info for you:

in this weeks DNJ - reports in usd:

Hoteles.info (hotels in spanish) $30,607.
Affiliates.info $7,690.

and then in March 2008 - DNJ shows:

MedicalDoctor.info $10,500.

Good Luck with the sale...

Why don't you ask yourself who might be typing in "feet" in the search engines and how easy would it be to capitalize on that rather than looking at how frequently the word occurs in google. I can see making some money off the term but much easier with physicians.info, christian.info, and the geo's than with "feet" unless you go the route of a fetish site. From the perspective of an end user I would not put it at the top of your past-sales list.

Would I buy a .info for xx,xxx to start an adult fetish site? No thanks...
x,xxx at the max.

These are only the top 15 'feet' keywords, the adult references go on and on and on and on...

The domain isn't in the xx,xxx market. Sorry.
