Domain: FindNevada.Com
I believe its good for a real estate company in nevada or simply a directory with nevada sites only. any other ideas for the domain ? Also its value from a reseller point of view and an end user.

maybe low - mid xx - its sort of hard to make sense of the phrase for a reseller

end user could be xxx if they have a good concept for the name, most likely very very hard to find
