Nice keyword hyphen domain.

I wouldn't list it for sale with domain only. .ORG and hyphen does hurt its value even it works great for SEO. You won't get a decent offer.

'Free Games' are high search volume keywords. I would suggest you put up an arcade site and do some basic SEO work, keep updating for 3+ months. Then add affiliate program and CPC ads to the site. I sold FreeAdultGames.org for $4,000 with simple development. Just FYI.
