I'm not an expert but I think it is a great name with wrong TLD. There's a lot of people who don't like .biz.
Of course you can get 100$ and may be further more but you have to find the right buyer.
If you really want to increase the value, just develope it; create a simple phpBB o vbulletin forum and try to run it geting users and posts and if it is possible an unique style even if it is based on a well known theme, I know it may be a bit hard but this will multiply the domain and site value.
