I opened a business in Ireland especially for this domain name which I was planning to develop.
My time is running a little tight so I am considering other solutions.
What do you think it is worth?
Should I lease it out and what best option you think I have?
Any expert in the UK market please drop some suggestions (other are welcome as well)

The Irish market is quite small as there are only 4 million people in Ireland. The name is good of course but it's impact will be limited. Also I am not sure there is a big gay community in Ireland... You would need to do some research on this. I would try to lease it or sale it to Gay.co.uk.

I have to agree with Fredo...as Ireland is very small, the Gay population there is going to be even smaller. So......good name, so I would try to work up something that is targeted to as much as the extension as the name. IE also stand for "In Example". Or, Internet Explorer. Maybe "Gay Internet Explorer" could be a IE bashing site.

Just my thoughts. Hope you do well with it.

I agree with the former posts and I'm also Irish. This name definitely has value but as previously stated has much less profile than the other major extensions for the same keyword. ie has a very low profile outside of ireland. Nevertheless I'm sure there will be irish gay organisations who would be possibly interested in buying this domain. I'm happy to offer you help if you wish to use me as a broker to sell this name on your behalf.
