You might need a native Spanish speaker and someone who knows if that town large or wealthy, but based on only 68,000 Google hits, I would say not much.

Don't use Epik or any other appraisal system for that matter to buy names. Check search stats (exact matches) and CPC value. Usually if those two are good, the domain is half decent enough to buy, but mapurite has VERY low stats for those two. Not something I would of bought and can't say it's worth more than reg fee.
