"Shop" and "shopping" (.com) are two of the few domains in the world really worth $xx,xxx,xxx, and easily going for it, too; GoShopping.com is one of the best runners-up there is and a top of mind phrase for...shopping. Should not go for less than $xxx,xxx, $x,xxx,xxx possible and warranted too.

Predator got me thinking on the development now.

I see you already got it built. But honestly, if you make a few more improvements and do more seo work, you could be sitting pretty on a monthly basis. I can almost bet that shopping.com is bringing 6-figures every month. I have a few friends who is making $500k and more a month on just one niche and you can do the same.

If you sell it then that's it but if you build it more than its a lifetime investment you own.
