Developed site for hosting of course. Short brandable .com
Please give wholesale and retail amount.
Also, please suggest where to sell this one retail if I can get enough for it.

Is this an affiliate hosting plan? Or are you also selling the business itself if any?
The site looks nice and clean and gets its point across (although I think $9.99 for 20 MB is a lot these days - is this per year?)
IMO, it is hard to estimate a resale value without some details and stats. I do see some Alexa popularity ranking...

Name itself would be less than fifty; add twenty five? or so for the design code (and that's pushing it these days). A developed "real" business would be a lot more, of course. DOes it have any links or listings?

I have been leasing space on a server and reselling it. Yes, those prices are high, and they will be changing. I usually use this site to supplement my web design business. I was offered $500 about 3 months ago, but turned it down. I had someone tell me it was worth more, retail, but I wanted to develop it myself.
If I sold it now, I would probably sell it as a package, but the only clients I have are ones who paid annually.
Could this bring more money retail? Where would I sell it?
Or would I be better off keeping it and developing it?

I almost feel insulted. I have been offered $500 for it, but was holding out for more. Now I needed money, but may keep it.

Don't be insulted. whitelion's appraisals are always low. Also, keep in mind that appraisals received herein are from a reseller's perspective, not retail.

HostClick.com Appraisal:
Reseller: $100
Retail (with site): $500-1000

Thank you for explaining that. I figured I would get the wholesale rate. Another concern was someone saying it was worth less, just to turn around and buy it lower.
I have seen worse names on here for alot more.

I am not going to accuse anyone of that (shilling is a very serious offense on this board, apparently). I have not witnessed it first hand. All I know is some people tend to have very negative opinions of domains, and are hard pressed to give a fair shake to their value. They tend to be narrow minded and think "how much would I pay for this domain", rather than considering the whole picture of a marketplace of buyers.

Anyway, that's my $0.02. Just don't take appraisals from this board too seriously, because the people making them are not taking them seriously either.

$50

Feel insulted all you want. What seperates the profitable domain speculator from those with hundreds/thousands in domain debt is; Greed.

I think thats a big call. People who reg the name always think it is great. For obvious reasons, because thats why they reg it. Opinion is different on things. Its like an appraisel of a painiting. Watch the variations on that. Domains arn't that extreme but are not that far off. If one is so confident in it being worth so much why get it appraised?

One has stated this before. A domain is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. appraisels are always going to vary wildely. I am thinking there should be a separate section called sugar coated appraisels, where everyone can hear what they want to hear.
