As with all domains it entirely depends on several factors, including:
Generally speaking 3 character .net domains 'should' be valued at 20% - 30% of 3 character .com domains, but at the moment this is not the case and, again generally they are fetching $5 - $10 each, but mostly towards the lower end of this estimate.
This is one area where one can still look for and get bargains.
- Which 3 characters
- Do the characters form a common abbreviation
- Are the 3 characters 'catchy'
- How long term are you looking at as an investment
