Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, but any information would be helpful. I own several very good one word dictionary term .io domains. I've not developed them, and since the initial hoopla, I have not heard anything about this extension.

Does anyone know if these might be worth keeping (expensive to renew) or if this is just another one of those trends that drop off the face of the earth?

Thanks in advance for any advice, and if this is in the wrong place, I apologize. Also feel free to PM me if you are interested in what they are & how much.

Well it's another exotic TLD with no local market. It cannot be anything else than a vanity TLD and it's not been successful so far. I don't think I would keep them.

I've seen some warez sites on .io names. :p Don't own any but I am of the opinion that any domain, if developed, can get a value. If you have some brandable names, why not develop them a bit than just let them drop and loose your reg fees?

Thanks, I think, they are brandable, I just didn't want to fall into all those .cc and etc type domains that went nowhere (glad I didn't fall into that one 'though...). Thanks for the advice.
