I'm kind of in the same boat you are, except I purchased a domain and sent my buyer's agreement about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the domain.

Don't give up hope. Patence. I've waited 6-8 weeks in the past.
I'm also owed money. But Moniker communicates well to my inquires & the cash will be welcome when it finally arrives. It does suck though.
