looks like .com took a big hit this year but .net is slow and steady. Personally i see .net a a great extension for Social NETworks. yes people see it as second best but i think people are being exposed to other then ".com" so in time people will respect it like pepsi :wink:

seriously tho, i think it all depends on the subject matter of the site.

it's very simple

.com is de facto the tld of the u.s.a.
not of india or germany
