I have an apartment site and been looking at apartment domains. Most city + apartment, like atlantaapartments.com, seem to go for around $2K+. If it's not area specific or easy to remember I don't see it having a lot of value. If it gets traffic it might be of use to an apartment site. Otherwise $500 for an apartment agent looking for a generic site. Worth more with newapartmenthomes.com.

That's the best guess of a newbie.
