To me it is worth zero since I would have thought it would likely be unregged. There are those who will say: "with development it could be worth.....", but that type of thinking doesn't make any sense to me.
Some names lend themselves to development, and that may increase the value of the name, but any name that has to be developed to have value is worth zero in my book......and I have regged worse.
