I received an offer of 4K for lee.us. Is this what its worth or should I hold out for more? How much do you think this name is worth?

its def. a really good offer...if you would be reasonable you should totally take that offer..anything else is gambling since at some point whoever made that offer will look at other alternatives...but hey..I like to gamble too from time to time..

did you negotiate up to 4k or was the the opener? and are you sure it's not one of those "ok, but buy an appraisal first" emails? Did you research the persons email and name or I.P. and try to figure out who it is offering?

4K is a very good price for that name

4K is a good offer by today's standards. In a few years it will look like a bargain. I would take the money and reinvest unless you are the long term type and you don't need money.

Thanks for your feedback. 4000 is pretty much his final offer after some countering. I am kind of interested to see how it would do in the Sedo auction. I also feel that the name will be worth a lot more if .US takes off and since I dont necessarily need the money, I'm wavering a bit as to what I want to do.

If this is an absolutely great deal, I guess it should be a no brainer...
I just dont want to regret it a few years down the road..

Theres no implication unless everyone tried to sell them all at the same time which may lower prices, not likely to happen.

4K is absolutely a great offer....You may regret down the road...that is what this business seems to do to us all....a good problem to have .
