I'm curious how are LL.ca valuations now a days. Can you use LLL.com compared to LL.ca valuation. Are they kinda similar in terms of pricing according to premium letters and so on.

Thought I saw that posted here by someone, but maybe that was just the highest bid?

Not many posted sales on LL.ca or NN.ca, although there were some last year in the x,xxx to low xx,xxx range
