Please appraise LoansForHousing.com (end-user). Thanks.

$300-$600. I'm guessing only mid hundreds because .net and .org are still available and in this case the .org would make a very credible alternative.

That's a very good name. Maybe I should grab the .net :)

And I'll take the .org :cheeky:

Sounds like a plan! Perhaps I'll reg LoansForDomiciles.com and LoansForResidences.com, too (not!).:cheesy:

Loans4homes.org is also still available. Every other ext for it is taken.

I think its a good solid name.
I find it funny when fellow domainers throw the 'its still available in extension so and so' as an apprasial tool.

I have sold *many* .COMs that were available in other extensions, in fact, in all other extension for prices ranfing from mid $$$ to high $$$$ whilst net/org etc was available.

this is especialy true for forum type domains. for forums, IMHO, its either .com, or dont get it.
this domain is a little long, but still very good.
if someone wants a domain, .com is where they will look first (end users)

Looking at the availability of a name in other extensions is just one indicator among several one might use to gain an idea of value. I don't think its a "funny" thing to do. IMO, its entirely valid to do so when trying to appraise a name. But, to each his own.
