There does not exists any "Czechoslovakia" for 14 years.
.cz = Czech republic, .sk = Slovak republic.
Former Czechoslovakia tld was .cs

As a rule I don't think English names are a good bet for this TLD.
So I would say slighly above reg fee.

In Czech lottery = loterie
loterie.cz is taken.
