Actually, I like it. Obviously, lovë is not a word but a domain like this could be great as a dating site that targets people who do use the letter ë.. and, most importantly, have that letter on their keyboards.

If ë has a meaning in various languages, then it's also important to research what it means in those languages.

It's only a phishing domain if the difference between letters and/or numbers is imperceptible. Clearly, that is not the case here as there is a visible, and marked, difference between 'e' and 'ë'.

I agree that it has no marketable value, but it does hold a visually intrinsic value as I personally think that it is an attractive IDN. I would take it off your hands at reg fee.
