Yes possible trademark issues, but I emailed Nintendo about my domain and they just never responded. And also I think they would've taken it by now.

The title of a piece of work is copyrighted at the time of its creation. I would think that it would not matter if the name is a TM or not; as the name of a videogame it is copyrighted.
