Agree with accelerator here, but strongly disagree on "Only real offers will give you an indication of the domain's value". This is a domain appraisal forum. The post author has the right to ask for one, and we readers have the right (and surely many have the ability) to appraise a domain based on known indicators, past experience, and even intuition, "gut feeling".

Positive = Not-so-surprisingly occupied in several extensions, including ccTLDs
Negative = dotcom is undeveloped and parked, suggesting that industry leaders are rather cheap

I can relate this domain's quality to some dotnets I have sold in the 2k-3k range.
