All depends on traffic, with no traffic, it's worthless.
 
All of the above.. I think the point got put across quite well.

0 traffic = 0 public interest = 0 dollars

The only good domains that convey value which have no traffic are easily verbalized or brandable domans. Typos with 0 traffic have little hope and arent worth registering.

Traffc and even rev info would be needed to value this one.
