Is moniker down for everyone else too?

Yup, appears the domain doesn't resolve. They may have made an IP switch on their nameservers.

My domains work, but I think he means their actual site.

Yep... and thanks for checking jdk.

moniker down, huh, any one else a little tired of the "check out suggestions"

I've tried accessing Moniker.com for the last 20 minutes. No luck.

Monte, what's going on?

We were down for 2 hours due to a fiber cut at the data center. DNS took a little longer. All has been restored now. We apologize for the complications.

Same here. Could be an issue with the DNS. I am assuming the login may take place on a separate server. I am sure all will be fine by the morning.

* Spoke with John and he stated there is an issue they is being investigated and resolved as we speak.

Just got logged in! Hopefully all is well now.

We had a fiber cut at our primary data center and moved everything our backup data center. This was an extemely rare occasion as the Data Center had both the primary and secondary fibers cut. Everything but the login has been restored.

Login access should be restored momentarily (next 2 hours- 2AM ) as we are bringing back the original servers so that any account changes don't get lost. Again, our apologies for the complication.

Things happen. Thanks for keeping us informed John.

Another example of what distinguishes a good registrar from a crappy one: customer responsiveness and an open line of communication. Thanks Moniker.

Thanks, John. I was able to log in before midnight CST. I hope "Alberto" doesn't cause any problems.
